These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Trebevo (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Trebevo provides a collection of small, browser-based marketing tools. We may add, change, or remove tools and features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Plans, billing & trials

• Access to the tools requires an active paid plan; a free trial, where offered, counts as active.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• Fees are charged through our payment provider; you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.
• You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to:

• break, overload, or interfere with the Service or its security;
• use it to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• resell or redistribute the Service without permission.

5. Your content

Many tools process your files entirely in your browser and never upload them. Where a feature does send content to our servers (for example, generating a shareable link), you grant us the limited rights needed to provide that feature. You retain ownership of your content.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Trebevo and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our brand or code beyond using the Service.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trebevo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
