Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for Trebevo. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Free trial
Where a free trial is offered, you won’t be charged until it ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be billed.
2. Billing & renewals
- Subscriptions are billed in advance each period (monthly or annually) and renew automatically.
- Your renewal date and plan are always visible in your account billing settings.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel any time from Manage account → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it won’t renew. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund the current period unless stated below.
4. Refunds
- Monthly plans are generally non-refundable for the current period once charged.
- For annual plans, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we’ll consider a pro-rated refund at our discretion.
- If you were charged in error or experienced a billing fault, we’ll make it right.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@trebevo.com from your account email with your request and the charge date. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment provider, typically within 5–10 business days.
6. Changes
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
